Shipping policy

We currently ship only within India. Orders placed Monday through Saturday (IST) are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within 2 business days of order placement, subject to inventory availability.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  1. Flat shipping rate of ₹379 applies on all domestic orders below ₹499.
  2. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all domestic orders of ₹499 or more — no code needed.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.
  4. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your location.
  5. We do not currently ship outside India.

Order Tracking

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  2. You can also check your order status by logging into your IYXEN account.

Delays

  1. While we make every effort to ship and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier, weather, or logistical issues beyond our control.
  2. If you have any questions about the delivery time of a product, please contact us before placing your order.
