Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
• To request a cancellation, contact us at care@iyxen.in or on WhatsApp: 9821621122 with your order details.
• For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• IYXEN reserves the right to review repeated cancellation requests or suspected misuse.

Damaged Product Received?

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us verify the issue quickly, please share clear photos or videos showing:

• The outer packaging
• Shipping label
• Product received
• Visible damage, leakage, or other issue

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Wrong or Incomplete Order Received?

If you receive an incorrect product or any item is missing from your order:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• Share parcel and product images if requested
• Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved

After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement shipment.

Product Not Suitable or Results Not as Expected

Skincare results can vary from person to person depending on skin type, concerns, routine, and consistency of use.

If you feel a product is not suitable for you or you are not seeing the expected results:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of regular use
• Share relevant information about your skin concern and usage routine
• Our team may guide you on correct usage or suggest the next appropriate step

Please note that product effectiveness is subjective and such cases may not always qualify for a return or refund.

Skin Sensitivity or Adverse Reaction

We recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive or allergy-prone skin.

If you experience irritation, discomfort, or sensitivity:

• Stop using the product immediately
• Contact our support team
• Share relevant details and photographs if requested

Refunds or replacements in such cases are subject to review because individual skin reactions may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products with broken or removed seals
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Claims submitted after the applicable reporting period
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale events, unless damaged or incorrectly supplied

Refund Process & Timeline

• Prepaid order refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• The final credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

For COD orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another suitable method communicated by our support team.

Important Information

• We may request photographs, videos, packaging images, or other supporting information before approving a claim.
• Claims without sufficient supporting evidence may not be approved.
• IYXEN reserves the right to reject requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or outside the terms of this policy.
• Replacement and refund decisions are subject to verification and approval by our support team.
